Anger Management and Constant Leaders

Anger management is one of the biggest challenges for traditional clergy (Constant Visitors, Constant Gardeners, Constant Builders). The inability to manage their inner rage is the primary reason they go pass out or drop out as spiritual leaders.

Q/A: Should clergy take a sabbatical?

Yes, clergy should take sabbaticals. Indeed, I think they should be required and not optional. Different kinds of spiritual leaders focus the purpose and design of sabbaticals in different ways.
