Now that the Christendom world is fading fast, the true nature of spiritual leadership can be seen in its fundamental discomfort, unpleasantness and radical humility.

One person’s egocentrism might be another person’s authenticity. The virtues celebrated by some lifestyle segments may be vices to others. The ego that brought you to this place of personal meaning and lifestyle relevance, may not be the ego you will need for the next stage of meaning and the next context of ministry.
